You are Loved!
You are a Child of God!

During this time of keeping safe from COVID 19 by social distancing, wearing masks and staying home, there are some people who are having feelings of depression and even thoughts of suicide. Please know that you are loved and, no matter what you are dealing with, there are people who will listen and give support. You do not have to be on your journey alone. There are several resources listed below. Fr. Jack and I are available as well. Recently, I attended a Webinar that suggested for all of us to look for one thing to be thankful for each day or you take note of where you see God’s presence. It always brings me a smile when I see rabbits in my yard in a “freeze” position—hoping that I will not notice them. Give someone a phone call or write a short note, it may be just what that person needs that day. Remember that God’s presence is in our midst. You are a child of God. You are loved!
