Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
(I Corinthians 1:30)

This is the greeting with which the Apostle Paul begins his letters to the early Church.  We extend that same gracious greeting to you.  We are named for the grace of God that is embracing the world in our Lord Jesus Christ and we have been extending that gracious invitation of the good news of God here in Anderson since 1851.

You are indeed welcomed by God and by God’s people of Grace Church.

Our mission is to proclaim and celebrate the word and sacrament that God in Christ embraces the world.  We hope and pray that our mission will bless you with that word and sacrament of being embraced by God and that you in turn will be that embrace for others, indeed for the world.

Episcopal Christianity. We will be meeting Sunday mornings at 9:15 starting August 22nd through September 26th. Depending on class size we will meet either in the Rector’s office or the parlor.
Bishop Waldo will have his first Episcopal visitation with us on Sunday October 3rd. If you have already taken this class and would like to be confirmed or received into the Episcopal Church call the parish office to let us know.
